We are thrilled to share that Evantage, Inc. has been named one of the top 100 places to work by The Dallas Morning News for the fourth year in a row! In addition to Evantage, Inc. being named a Top 100 winner, our own Chris Auwarter was recognized yet again for his outstanding performance and success as a leader within our organization.
We couldn’t be more proud to receive the honor of being named as one of the Top 100 places to work. It is not just about the title itself, but what the title represents. In order to be considered a top place of employment, you must have something that distinguishes you from the ordinary. Your company must operate within a certain set of morals and standards. You must build your professional relationships on a foundation of trust and fairness and allow equal opportunity for all members of the team. You must lead your team by example, motivation and inspiration. You must have a mutual respect for one another and a sense of camaraderie within the team. You must have a genuine interest in the professional and personal success of each member of your team. Of course, you must also be successful from a business standpoint. Without any of these critical elements, the success of the business will begin to fold. It is up to each and every one of us to uphold the integrity of our team and the reputation of our company.
